The smell on the bus(some people eat very spicy Indian food that made my stomach sick) , and we were not being able to use washroom on the bus ( why would I be dehydrated, my father has diabetes and He could not drink water during trip whi..ch raised health concerns. On top of that, it is a shame that company can not even provide a single orange or banana for their customers. What is the tip for you can not even give a fruit as a treat to your customers! This was my second and last time with this tour, because things are changing negatively. Montréal is amazing city, instead of spending 1 hour on big church why don’t you let us enjoy old Montréal and Chinatown! Only good thing about trip was the driver was amazing and tour guide knowledgeable. Bus is very very old ! And the last meal that we had was horrible, very dirty restaurant, I m so so disappointed, I work so hard to afford all these extra expenses and if that is What you provide to your customers, what a shame!Read full review
Limited food option was provided by the tour guide.they took us only to Chinese buffets. During day 3, he stopped us at a cheap buffet which the restaurant menu said $11 per person. However he tour guide charged us 18. This was at 10:30 A..M and called it brunch. Except for the food, everything was pretty much good.Read full review
Totally we liked the tour 12-14 October as we could see three beautiful cities for a short period of time and for a good price. However, I would prefer some things would be organized differently.
We are of those tourists who would prefer.. to spend more time for sightseeing and can refuse of dinner in the favor of seeing more attractions. On the second day of the tour our guide did not give us enough free time and instead of having 3 hours of free time in Montreal we had to meet with the group 3 times in China town. Firstly to see where they will have dinner in order to get together at that place near that restaurant for the bus pick up, secondly we had to come after dinner in one hour and wait for the group to finish dinner, moreover, they finished only in 45 min after we returned and we just had to stay by that restaurant waiting for all. So,instead of 3 hours of free time to see old Montreal we visited China town 3 times.
The guide should have told us the place and the time of bus pick up near Holiday inn hotel (what he refused to do in spite of our several requests) and should not force us to wait for those having meals by the door of a restaurant loosing valuable time which is not enough in such an extensive tour.Read full review
This was an excellent tour - we had Ken as our guide for the 3 day ontario/ quebec tour. He was an excellent guide - very professional but also very kind - the driver was excellent - the tour was well organized and really did capture the ..essence of Ottawa, Montreal and Quebec - the accommodations and the food were also excellent - we would reccomend this tour to anyone - thank youRead full review
Jerry was a great tour guide. We are full pack in the bus but he make sure everyone is accommodated. The places you go is great, the only problem is the time but overall the experience is great and the cost is cheap.
Sceneries and point of interests are superb. But the tour company has a problem. It lets its tourists know about the point of interests and meals only during the bus ride. When people want to pay, they only collect cash. It is not definite ..that everyone will carry cash or enough cash. Also question arises is the company running on cash money. There are two local tour guides - the second one collects cash without listing out what the cash is for. The first one is good, at least she lists out the tour item and price for each. At least there is transparency. Another thing is the coach. Both coaches are old and there is apparent safety concern. Best Western has got ghost. The hotel provided in Montreal is run down.Read full review
