This 3-day VIP tour was truly incredible! Starting with the iconic Las Vegas sign, followed by the scenic Amtrak Coast Starlight train ride, it was such a unique experience. Point Piedras Blancas was breathtaking, and seeing the Golden Gate.. Bridge was a dream come true. The visit to Silicon Valley was a great addition. 100% Disappointing experience, the quality of tour guide and the bus driver needs improvement desperately.

I have been on similar tours before. By comparison, this is not a pleasant experience. First of all, the tour guide is really mean. No customer service whatsoever. All the optional items listed on the itinerary, the tour guide told us it wa..s mandatory. So you should expect $98 additional charge on top of what you pay at the time of the reservation. The hotel overall was nice, but the cleanliness can be improved. Carpet was really dirty. The "highlight" of the tour was at the end, when our bus driver and the tour guide got into an actual fist fight. The bus driver would not let the tour guide off the bus, but the tour guide was blocking the rest of us from getting off the bus. I don't know why they were fighting, but the tour guide kept yelling " you see, he doesn't let you off the bus, you should file a compliant again him! His last name is Zhang, go file a compliant again him!!!" That caused another round of fight between them. One of the tour member saw this and was recording it with a phone, the tour guide threatened to beat him up if he does not delete the recording. This fiasco continued for an hour, then we were let off the bus. If this is a tour agency that Tour4Fun has contracted, please review your agency's quality before handing your customer off to them. It should have been a good trip if not for some of the passengers are so annoying. There were about 4-5 babies on board and 1-2 of them were crying the whole time . I understand it's hard to travel with babies but the two parents seems like.. no strategies to calm & keep them quiet . And they had no shame or apology . Like we had to deal with it . It was so frustrating . The tour guide also had broken English and can't express herself although I find her nice and funny. She didn't seem to offer anything to help with those cry babies ! I can't blame her either . I looked back and both parents were doing nothing to soothe their babies. It was horrible.Read full review

I enjoyed the places we visited and with a price like this, it is very economical to join a group tour. All the four of us had a good time. We will again look for another tour in the future with Tours4fun.
Had a very good experience with CSR Carmela. The tour guide speaks mostly chinese. If you are not Chinese you will not be able to understand what the tour guide is saying. Most of the passengers were loud and not respectful.
Gary the tour guide was very rude to the customer. He doesn't care if you have a good time or not. He is only there for money. He needs to learn customer service etiquette.
